Asopecalifornia

Asopepcalifornia is an association of displaced families, including differents coffee farms, united by a shared history of resilience after being affected by Colombia’s armed conflict. These families have come together to make a lasting impact on coffee cultivation in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, producing specialty coffees with a strong commitment to environmentally conscious practices, thanks in part to their proximity to the Sevilla River. Their goal is to achieve differentiated and exceptional flavors through meticulous processing methods, while also inspiring new generations to follow the path of specialty coffee. Though the journey is long, they believe that with proper guidance and a dedication to quality, everything is possible—especially with great coffee at the heart of their efforts.
